$12 per class or $80 for 8 classes expires in 3 months.
Good for Monday or Thursday. This pass can be shared.

TUESDAY Evening:
Edmonds Community Centre
5:30 pm to 6:45 pm
* preregister courses, minimum 6 to run & they will permit drop in.

THURSDAY Afternoon:

Whether you are new to yoga and/or meditation or have an established practice this is a perfect venue to start or to continue practicing.

6 activities of various length led by myself with a focus on meditation

* restorative yoga - enjoy a peaceful night's sleep
* energization exercises to awaken & energize the physical, mental & energy bodies
* meditation mantra for focus
* Ananda Yoga classes that work with the body and mind using affirmations
* acknowledge your inner light with a morning practice of sun salutations
* connect to your spirit with a forest hike AND . . . .
* Personal time in between the sessions just for you: walk, hike, read, nap, sip tea by the lake or just wrap yourself in a cozy blanket and sit by the fire!
