* Ananda Yoga classes that work with the body and mind using affirmations
* acknowledge your inner light with a morning practice of sun salutations

* Personal time in between the sessions just for you: walk, hike, read, nap, sip tea by the lake or just wrap yourself in a cozy blanket and sit by the fire!
